For the first time since promotion began for Fox’s upcoming X-sequel The Wolverine, James Mangold has tweeted a series of photographs, none of which feature the film’s star, Hugh Jackman.Jackman, a staple of Fox’s X-Men franchise, is currently at the end of his contract and may not return to the character again after he finishes shooting X-Men: Days of Future Past.Still, after a disappointing first solo outing, this second Wolverine stand-alone movie has been filling fans with hope, in no small part because of Jackman.Instead, we get some scenery and behind the scenes shots, as well as one photo of Jackman’s co-star Tao Okamoto.
