Fans will finally see Domino hit the big screen in Deadpool 2, which should make you appreciate this stunning Domino cosplay that much more.
The lovely cosplay you see before you is created by the talented Kitsune Kid, who does a wonderful job of bringing the lucky mercenary to life. She appears as if she stepped out of the comics, with the piercing white skin, black jumpsuit, and her trademark black mark around her eye.
A cosplay is only as good as the photography that captures it, and both AG Vask and Ron Gejon do some lovely work in this regard. AG Vask uses the city structures and some rain to give Domino's surroundings a cinematic flair, while Gejon takes the mercenary to a snowy path with the lightest snowfall beautifully framing the X-Men's luckiest recruit.
Both techniques are delightful, and you can see some of their best shots in the gallery.
For more of Kitsune Kid's cosplay, you can head to her Deviant Art, Facebook, and Instagram pages, and prints are available on her Store Envy page.
You can find Ron Gejon's work on Deviant Art and Tumblr, and AG Vask can be found on Deviant Art and Tumblr.
As for the big screen version of Domino, she will be played by the talented Zazie Beetz. Her design is a bit different than the comic version, but it still received a mostly positive reaction. Domino creator Rob Liefeld is excited to see the chemistry between her and Ryan Reynolds on screen, as he told ComicBook.com.
So, you need ... some of these people be like "oh hey, this girl should have been Domino, and pick out actress a through z" and I'd be like "I'm not sure that they can keep up with him" and oh my gosh, I'm not sure that Ryan's gonna keep up with her. I think Ryan Reynolds is gonna have to work hard to keep up with Zazie. I mean, wow. You just go "That chemistry is going to be spectacular". And that's what it comes down to is the chemistry with these characters."
As for Deadpool 2, the film currently has a 4.05 out of 5 on ComicBook.com's anticipation rankings, and you can submit your score here.
Deadpool 2 hits theaters on March 2, 2018.
