Warner Brothers has released a new featurette in anticipation of the release of Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice (Ultimate Edition)'s release.

The new featurette from DC All-Access explores the histories of two of Batman and Superman's most important supporting characters: Lois Lane and Alfred Pennyworth. The two are played by Amy Adams and Jeremy Irons in the film but did you know Lois debuted in Action Comics #1 with Clark Kent and Alfred's first appearance came in 1943 in Batman #16?

Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice (Ultimate Edition) will see a one-day limited release in theaters across the country. Tickets can be purchased online now an the WB Tickets website. The extended cut will run 181 minutes rather than the original 151 minutes when the film was released on March 25.

"As a thank you to all of the fans, Zack [Snyder] and the filmmakers would like to invite you to a special theatrical screening of Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice Ultimate Edition," Warner Brothers writes via their DC All-Access app. "This one night only experience will be on Monday, June 27th in select cities. Reserve your seats now as space is limited."

Fearing the actions of a god-like Super Hero left unchecked, Gotham City's own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis's most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs. And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it's ever known before.

Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice Ultimate Edition will be available on blu-ray and DVD on July 19.
