Conan O'Brien is currently shooting his show on location at San Diego Comic-Con, and he and Andy Richter recently had the pleasure of sitting down with the stars of The CW's superhero lineup.

The group consisted of Arrow's Stephen Amell, The Flash's Grant Gustin, and the newest addition to the network, Supergirl's Melissa Benoist. During the segment, Conan offered the actors some sympathy after having to put on a costume for an earlier bit and asked how they do it on a daily basis.

"I put one on for a four-minute segment earlier in the show, and I was showing you backstage, I have just completely sweat through my entire shirt. I found it almost unbearable."

Stephen Amell offered up some details on the daily grind of being a TV superhero.

"There are two seasons to being in a suit, right? There's the absolutely hot, underboob sweat season, and there's the, the sweat freezes because its cold out, and you're cold the entire night season, and there is no in between."

You have to be in shape to get through those extreme seasons, and Amell certainly is that. In fact, Gustin later commented that his attire choice for the show was based around Amell.

"I just told Stephen I wouldn't wear a T-shirt on camera with him. I have to wear a blazer on camera."

At least he can take solace in the fact that no matter how buff Amell gets, he won't ever be able to keep up with him, at least on the show.
