With countless comic appearances and a fan-favorite turn on Arrow, Dinah Laurel Lance/Black Canary has grown to be one of DC Comics' most beloved female characters. If you'd like to show off your love for the character, an awesome new statue is here to help.
Sideshow recently unveiled the best look yet at their Black Canary Premium Format Figure. The figure stands at 21 inches tall, and features the character in her iconic leather jacket, bodysuit, and fishnets.
Check out the official description for the figure below:
"Shhh! It's already too late. Prepare yourself for the earth-shattering Canary Cry!
Clothed in her form-fitting black leather corset and fishnets in a nod to her earliest depictions, Gotham's favorite songbird, Black Canary, joins Sideshow's Premium Format™ Collection. This impeccable recreation of the heroine crime fighter from DC Comics leaps right off the pages of comic books and into an exquisite figure you need to complete your collection.
But don't let her sultry pose fool you: Black Canary's finely handcrafted leather jacket and gloves remind you that she is an expert motorcyclist, ready to hop on her bike at any moment to meet trouble head-on."
Black Canary is the latest DC Comics heroine to receive her own Premium Format Figure, with past entries including Supergirl, Power Girl, and Zatanna. The line has also included Batgirl and Huntress, Black Canary's teammates on the Birds of Prey.
The Collector Edition of the statue is now available for purchase, and will set you back $449.99. An exclusive version, featuring a base with a poster of Dinah's mentor, Ted Grant/Wildcat, has since sold out, but you can still get on the figure's waitlist. Both editions are in a limited run of 1500, so be sure to act fast.
