Gotham's young Bruce Wayne, David Mazouz, has released a brief "unboxing" video, featuring the actor opening his copy of the script for next Monday's season finale of the FOX hit, which is titled "Wrath of the Villains: Transference."

Mazouz's Bruce has been put through the wringer this season, and recently has started to seem like he might have caped vigilante thoughts of his own after seeing Azrael careening through the night sky.

In the finale, he's stuck at Indian Hill while Hugo Strange's army of lunatics and monsters is ready to take their next step forward.

And while all of that might sound pretty dire, Mazouz has found a way to have a little fun with the script, which he says he didn't have the opportunity to read until well after he'd started hearing people talking about it on set.

You can check out his "unboxing" video, taken on the set a few weeks ago, below.

While Gordon, Bruce and Lucius remain at Indian Hill, the city of Gotham will be met with a new threat as Hugo Strange's inmates devise a plan to escape and start their new lives in Gotham.

Guest Cast: Jada Pinkett Smith as Fish Mooney, Kit Flanagan as The White Haired Woman, Nathan Darrow as Mr. Freeze/Victor Fries, BD Wong as Hugo Strange, Tonya Pinkins as Ethel Peabody, and Michelle Veintimilla as Firefly/Bridgit.

Gotham airs Monday nights at 8 p.m. ET/PT. "Wrath of the Villains: Transference" season finale episode of Gotham will air Monday, May 23 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.
