Gotham: 5 Things You Might Have Missed In Season 3 January Trailer
The Joker Gang is Back
Where there's a prototypical Joker, there's also a prototypical Joker Gang. First seen last season, this group of individuals worships Jerome and his mad, smiling, chaotic ways. When He apparently died, the gang just became that much more emboldened and maniacal. That means we suddenly have a hundred candidates for the future Joker, not just one. When Franken-Jerome (more in a moment) rises from the grave, you can only imagine his followers are going to go that much crazier.

Jerome's right back to his old tricks
Pity anyone who gets in Jerome's way. It looks like his resurrection is going to be a tough one for all to deal with - including two hostages we see him with in this trailer. That's a lot of grenades - some might say overkill, but for this prototypical Joker, it's probably just enough.

Lee's in Trouble, Too
Lee Thompkins cannot catch a break. After having her husband shot by her ex-fiancee in front of her (she didn't know he had a knife and was about to kill her, naturally), it looks like she'll be one of the unfortunate individuals that meets the resurrected Jerome early on. His bandaged up face helps explain his... strange look later in the trailer, as well. Head to this link to get a close look at every shot of him from the trailer.

The Court of Owls is Front and Center
After stealing the crystal owl that somehow hides the means to destroy the Court of Owls itself, it doesn't look like Bruce and company (Alfredy, Selina, and her newly-revealed mother) are going to just hide it away. They'll be looking into it and trying to figure out just how they can use it to bring down the Court. We'd wish them luck, but let's be real, this organization might get set back, but they're probably not going to lose anytime soon.

A Better Look At Franken-Jerome
Jerome's new look is part early-New 52 Joker (with the face being worn almost as a mask), part Frankenstein's Monster (the sown-on scalp), and all crazy eerie. The sown on skullcap is indicative of just how dead Jerome was when Theo Galavan turned on him. He had a freaking autopsy done! How did Professor Hugo Strange's technology bring him back? Why is he just emerging now? Does he have any semblance of sanity left? We'll have to watch Gotham's January episodes, starting tonight, to find out.
