In the aftermath of DC Comics and their Rebirth initiative, fans have wondered where the Justice League will stand in light of the universe’s changes. The publisher has kept quiet about their upcoming Justice League of America series, and comic book readers have been going stir-crazy over the lack of news. But, now, fans have gotten four major updates about the series which reveal who will be filling the JLA’s roster.

Today, several sites exclusively confirmed The Atom, Vixen, The Ray, and Killer Frost would be joining Justice League of America. ComicVine confirmed Ryan Choi, better known as The Atom, would star in the series. Like the others, The Atom will be getting his own one-shot in January before Justice League of America reaches stores.
As for Vixen, Comic Book Resources reported Mari McCabe will be welcomed to the team. Fans learned The Ray would come to JLA courtesy of ComicAlliance when Ray Terrill joins the team as one of its first LGBTQ heroes. And, most shockingly, Newsarama says Killer Frost will get a place on the team after she is paroled from Belle Reve Prison.
The four upcoming one-shots have a slew of all-star creators working on them. Steve Orlando, Jody Houser, Mirka Andolfo, Stephen Byrne, and many others will team-up to roll out the stories.

Foes of evil! Enemies of injustice! As it began in DC UNIVERSE: REBIRTH, for the mighty heroes of the Justice League of America, all wrongdoing is a menace to be stamped out! Whether it comes from outer space, from the watery depths of the seven seas, or springs from the minds of men, the JUSTICE LEAGUE OF AMERICA is backโjust when we need it most!
In January 2017, kicking off JUSTICE LEAGUE OF AMERICA (hitting shelves twice monthly starting February 2017) are four DC Rebirth one-shots. They make four bold statements that form the foundation of a team that will bring justice to places that have given up on hope; places that thought heroism would never find them. The Justice League of America goes there! They explore the Microverse, the Hidden Cities, the worlds within worlds; they go to the other side of the map and explode forward with the new face of Heroism.
This is a Justice League that looks like America, that proves Heroism can look like ANYTHING and ANYONE.
From February 1960 to February 2017. The mission hasn’t changed. It’s just evolved.
