New Wonder Woman Trailer Gets Officially Classified

As of today, a new Wonder Woman trailer has officially been "Classified." The new trailer will be the second look before Patty Jenkin's solo superhero film featuring The Amazon Princess premieres next June.

The next Wonder Woman trailer has been rated and approved for all audiences, running at a length of 2 minutes and 24 seconds. So far, the Wonder Woman trailers (both U.S and International)have recieved an extremely positive response, as fans are patiently waiting to see the first female superhero solo movie on the big screen.

This trailer wasn't expected to premiere until later next month, however once it's classified, we usually see it attached to another film (from the same studio) within 1 to 6 weeks.

While we think the new trailer will most likely debut with Warner Bros. new tentpole franchise Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them, some are speculating that it might pop up right before Marvel's Doctor Strange starts reeling on November 5.

Usually trailers are attached to films based on how many people are interested in seeing it. Although Marvel's Doctor Strange has already gotten stellar reviews, the brand new Harry Potter-verse will most likely hit a wider general audience.

Not saying that Doctor Strange won't do well at the box office, but before this film was even announced, general audiences had no idea who the mystical comic book character even was. And just about everyone in the world knows who Harry Potter is, making Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them (also from Warner Bros.) a slightly better option.

While DC Films and the MCU are usually in direct competition with each other whether they want to be or not, it would be a bold move showing a DCEU trailer directly before a Marvel movie.

Although it has been done in the past when The Dark Knight trailer premiered before The Avengers. Either way, both films have a release date that fall within the standard 1 to 6 week timeline, and we expect both to be rather successful.

Really, we just want more Wonder Woman as soon as possible!

Before she was Wonder Woman, she was Diana, princess of the Amazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior. Raised on a sheltered island paradise, when an American pilot crashes on their shores and tells of a massive conflict raging in the outside world, Diana leaves her home, convinced she can stop the threat. Fighting alongside man in a war to end all wars, Diana will discover her full powers…and her true destiny.

Starring Gal Gadot as the titular Amazonian warrior, as well as Chris Pine, Connie Nielsen and Robin Wright, Wonder Woman arrives in theatres on June 2, 2017.
