Earlier this week, casting information surfaced showing that we’ll be seeing characters like Nightwing, Beast Boy, Raven, and Starfire in the series. Now, we know that the series will begin filming in Toronto with a tentative September start date.

My Entertainment World updated their listing for Titans to begin filming in Toronto, Canada on September 25, 2017 โ€” a move that contradicts earlier reports that the show would begin production in Atlanta on the same day.

With this Titans show slated to air on DC’s new streaming service, it’s unclear whether or not the show will be set in the same cinematic universe as The CW’s Arrowverse shows. As of now, no casting announcements have been made, but expect that to change quickly as the show begins filming in just over three months.
