Of course, services like Xbox Game Pass and PlayStation Plus are the obvious examples of this as they have both catalogs of games and offer free to keep games in the case of PlayStation Plus. For the free monthly games, there are a lot of classic RPGs and strategy games. Into the Breach is a really great turn-based strategy game with extremely positive reviews from fans and critics alike, so if that tickles your fancy, it’s absolutely worth claiming. Civilization IV is also one of the best strategy games out there, even though it’s 20 years old. If you’re into Civilization in general or have always had a curiosity about jumping into the franchise, this is a great place to begin.

Tower of Time is another solid pick as well. It’s a great fantasy RPG with a top down perspective that is very polished and refined, but likely flew under a lot of peoples’ radars. Overall, everything is free and if you have Amazon Prime, you can claim all of these games. It doesn’t hurt to grab everything and put it in your library. It’s a heck of a deal and who knows, you might find your next favorite game here.
