This Destiny 2 Exploit Gives You Unlimited Faction Tokens

Are you serious about representing your faction in Destiny 2?! Are you hungry for more faction tokens?! Of course you are! Those tokens are your vouchers to incredible gear and fancy new weapons, and we’ve uncovered an insane in-game exploit that you can take advantage of to get more faction tokens than you could possibly ever turn in.

Shout out to the Destiny 2 sub-reddit for bringing this to our attention! There’sa wonderful little tutorial video for you guys to watch below if you want to see exactly how to pull this off, but if you’re unable to load up the video, user “Cory-B” has thrown together a quick summary of the steps involved. This is very easy, and it’s going to get patched very quickly, so get your free tokens while you can! Here’s what to do:

• Zone into Winding Cove on EDZ

• Run a bit north and head down the hole into the Lost Sector

• Defeat the boss, get the chest

• Directly above the chest is a door that you can use to get back to the surface. As you’re walking up, as soon as you see the “Winding Cove” area load, turn around, head back to the chest, and you can loot it again. Back through the door, wait for “Winding Cove”, and back to the chest to loot again. Rinse and repeat this step.

As you can see, finding the cave with the chest inside is the hardest part of this entire process. Once you loot the chest and claim your three faction tokens, all you have to do is run toward the exit of the cave, wait until you see the “Winding Cove” loading area title, and then turn around to head back to the chest.

The entire process takes about 25 seconds, and you can run back and forth as many times as you’d like. Do this for about an hour, and you’ll have all of the tokens you need to claim pretty much any faction reward you could possibly want. Pick up some new gear, score some sweet new weapons, or just do this endlessly to ensure that your faction comes out on top!

Keep in mind that Bungie will no doubt patch this as soon as it discovers players are taking advantage of it, so if you plan to participate in the faction rally at all, go home and do this immediately, or you may never get the chance!
