The new runes have been added to League of Legends’ PBE for testing, and with them come a plenty of questions and stat changes.

Part of the upcoming Runes Reforged system is the rune pages that hold the new runes. By picking a primary rune path as well as a secondary option, players can create powerful combinations of power and creativity to dominate and outplay their enemies.
Instead of offering raw stats like the current runes do, these new versions each have unique effects that operate more like masteries. But each rune path combination also has its own stat bonuses for champions to compensate, the bonuses changing depending on what two paths you choose.
The runes are a very work-in-progress at the moment, so expect values to change, but below are the stat bonuses granted by each combination as reported by Surrender@20.
Precision

The Precision rune path is one that’s attractive for those who engage in extended fights, a path that allows for bigger attacks and sustained damage.
This path’s Keystone Runes are called Press the Attack, Lethal Tempo, and Fleet Footwork and grant stacking damage, bursts of attack speed, heals combined with movement speed. Below are all of the stats that are granted when it’s combined with a secondary path:

- +12% Attack Speed
- Precision + Domination set bonus
The Brazen Perfect
- +12% Attack Speed
- Precision + Sorcery set bonus.
The Savant
- +12% Attack Speed
- Precision + Inspiration
The Eternal Champion

- Precision + Resolve set bonus
Domination
Next up is Domination, a rune path that’s all about tracking down enemies and staying on their tails with massive bursts of damage and chase potential.
The rune page will grant players the abilities they need to catch up to targets quickly and put the smackdown on them with Keystone Runes like Electrocute, Predator, and Dark Harvest that’ll be powerful picks for damage-dealing junglers and other roles. Below are all of the stat boosts from each combination that starts with this path:
The Ingenious Hunter
- +10 Ability Power or +7.0 Attack Damage, Adaptive
- Domination + Inspiration set bonus
The Glorious Executioner
- +10 Ability Power or +7.0 Attack Damage, Adaptive
- Domination + Precision
The Immortal Butcher
- +10 Ability Power or +7.0 Attack Damage, Adaptive
- Domination + Resolve set bonus
The Aether Blade
- +10 Ability Power or +7.0 Attack Damage, Adaptive
- Domination + Sorcery set bonus
Sorcery
For those who find themselves at home in the mid lane, the next rune page is Sorcery, a set of runes that allow for mystical attacks for those who are constantly slinging spells.
However, with Keystone Runes like Summon Aerie, a miniature version of Lulu’s Pix, supports and other roles will feel quite comfortable with these runes. Below are all of the stat bonuses champions receive when combining this rune path with a secondary option:
The Calamity
- +15 Ability Power or +10.5 Attack Damage, Adaptive
- Sorcery + Domination set bonus
The Incontestible Spellslinger
- +15 Ability Power or +10.5 Attack Damage, Adaptive
- Sorcery + Precision set bonus
The Ancient One
- +15 Ability Power or +10.5 Attack Damage, Adaptive
- Sorcery + Resolve set bonus
The Cryptic
- +15 Ability Power or +10.0 Attack Damage, Adaptive

Inspiration
The last of the rune paths, Inspiration is where things get a bit tricky; this rune path is all about bending the rules that are currently in place in League, so expect some crafty combinations to come from players focusing this path.
With freeze rays, swapping Summoner Spells mid-game, and earning extra gold while conjuring up some Mana Potions and other items, below are all of the stat combinations that begin with Inspiration:
The Stargazer
- +20% Potion and Elixir Duration
- +22.5 Ability Power or +15.0 Attack Damage, Adaptive
- Inspiration + Sorcery set bonus
The Ruthless Visionary
- +15 Ability Power or +10.5 Attack Damage, Adaptive
- Inspiration + Domination set bonus
The Virtuoso
- +20% Potion and Elixir Duration
- +18% Attack Speed
- Inspiration + Precision set bonus
The Timeless

Resolve
If you prefer your champions to be a bit tankier, you’ll want to check out the Resolve rune path that’ll allow you to last quite a bit longer in the middle of teamfights while you soak up damage and demolish turrets.
A rune path that’ll probably be an ideal pick for top laners, junglers, and some supports, below are the impressive stat boosts that come with combining this path with others:
