Microsoft recently launched its Xbox One X pre-order program, and, needless to say, it’s been pretty popular, as they’ve already managed to sell out. But not to worry – apparently, the publisher has a plan in place to get more units on shelves this holiday season.

The company recently noted in an announcement that the Xbox One X has become the “fastest-selling Xbox pre-order ever,” though it didn’t state how many systems it sold.

But what about those that didn’t get pre-orders in? According to Xbox’s Aaron Greenberg, the company has a goal to provide “as many Xbox One X’s as we can make. All the signs are that it’s going to be the number one hit product of this holiday, so we’re going to keep up with demand the best that we can.”

That said, the Xbox One S will still be steadily available, as Greenberg noted that he would “not be surprised” if the system continued to be a top seller, even with the X on shelves.

The question is if the Xbox One X will be in high demand as the company says. While Xbox One X is a hot commodity for those with a 4K TV, there’s also other systems to consider, like the Nintendo Switch. Nintendo has already promised to produce more units for the holiday season, especially with games like Super Mario Odyssey and Fire Emblem Warriors looking to be hit sellers.

We’ll find out in just a short time as the Xbox One X arrives on shelves starting November 7th.
