We're just a few months way from the release of the newest chapter of the Middle-Earth saga, Shadow of War. And today, we got a much bigger look at what's coming in the sequel, including more character interactions that make each battle through the Nemesis system feel even more personal.

There will be a number of new predator skills that you'll be able to take advantage of in the forthcoming sequel, as well as Nazgul boss battles that will truly test what you're made of when it comes to wiping out the Orc scourge – and that's a job easier said than done.

The video, which you can see above, begins with a montage of Orcs that provide threats, and then introduces some of the locales, including a smoke-spewing factory that no doubt produces trouble. We then see two Orcs go at it in battle, with the much larger one, Bruz, easily beheading the other – and that's where your character comes in, taking them on.

You'll be able to combine battle skills with your Wraith-style abilities, so you can sneak up on opponents just as easily as you can take them on and wipe them out. It all ties together into a wonderful gameplay system that will keep you chipping away at enemy forces until there's barely anything left. Again, though, be prepared for those Nazgul fights – they're going to be a handful.

But it's really about the interactions with your enemies in the Predator system. You're not just facing no-name Orc enemies, but those that actually display a personality, some of which will actually join your cause, with the help of your Wraith capabilities. It really expands upon the game's dialogue, as well as the decisions that you make over the course of your adventure. It's really something.

You can also have your newfound allies help you along when it comes to invading fortresses, where even more devastating boss characters await. And you'll need all the help you can get, based on the video footage above.

Middle-Earth fans should be quite pleased with Shadow of War when it arrives on October 10th for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
