Henricksen, who also goes by the name of Pink Havok, has a litany of fan favorite characters and franchises within his art portfolio. From Batman and Doctor Who to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and X-Men, Henricksen has a bit of everything in his gallery. You’ll also see a plethora of styles there as well, from Copic marker sketches to digital paintings.

Highlights include the Batman universe piece, which includes all of Batman’s notable allies and villains. He mixes the animated series costumes with a more realistic style, combining for a beautiful fusion. He does the same for his X-Men group piece, which features the cast of the popular animated series including fan favorites like Jubilee, Colossus, and even Mojo. It makes sense that he would go all out for this piece, as the cartoon was one of his favorites.

“This piece is my homage to the 90’s Animated X-Men cartoon, one of my favorite 90’s cartoons and easily one of the most influential towards me as an artist. I absolutely love that it was heavily influenced by Jim Lee’s designs, something that was so important to me as a kid since I was getting into comics during his legendary run on the comic book series. He’s always been one of my artistic idols and it’s great to have the chance to put my own spin on his work.”

The TMNT portraits are stunning as well, as are the Power Rangers pieces, and just for fun he’s also got some slick mashup pieces, including a Sith Lord Darth Maleficent. It was done as a painting demonstration but is hopefully not the last Disney Star Wars mashup he does. You can view a few of these highlights in the gallery.

If you like what you see you can check out more of Henricksen’s work on Facebook, Deviant Art, and his Etsy Store, where you can buy prints and original illustrations.
