It did not take long after the release of the first teaser trailer of Pixar’s Lightyear for the memes to start rolling in, much like how Guy Fieri rolls out across America to check out all of the Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives that he hits. Now these worlds have collided though after the official dank meme account Flavortown posted an edit of Disney-Pixar’s Space Ranger as none other than the Mayor himself. The image very quickly went viral, as all Fieri-themed memes tend to, and as of this writing has 22k Retweets and nearly 150k likes on the platform. As for Lightyear, the new film isn’t exactly a spinoff of Toy Story but rather a meta-movie that tells the story of the real Buzz Lightyear, the one the toy is based on.
