In the season’s eighteenth episode, the Atom is hospitalized by an unknown assailant who’s targeted the mayor of Starling City. As Team Arrow and the Starling City Police race to find the culprit, Felicity’s mother, Donna Smoak, returns to comfort her. And if all of that didn’t make for a hard enough day in the Arrow-Verse, Ra’s al Ghul kidnaps Captain Lance.
