Warning: There are spoilers ahead for last night's episode of Arrow, titled "Birds of Prey," as well as for the next episode or two of Arrow, implicit in this synopsis.

The CW have released the airdate and official synopsis for Arrow's upcoming 19th episode of its second season, titled "The Man Under the Hood." Featuring a story co-written by The Flash showrunner Andrew Kreisberg with DC Entertainment Chief Creative Officer and longtime The Flash writer Geoff Johns, the episode will introduce fans to members of the S.T.A.R. Labs team from Central City while still forwarding the ongoing narrative of Thea's kidnapping. Two episodes before an a funeral scene was apparently filmed, meanwhile, a member of Team Arrow is sent to the hospital. Could we lose a team member -- or at least could they be holding a funeral to convince Slade that somebody is dead? An epic battle breaks out and one member of Team Arrow is sent to the hospital. Thea (Willa Holland) hits her breaking point, but just as Oliver is about to reach her, Slade intervenes and Oliver is faced with a choice – his battle with Slade or his family.
