There is a very good chance that network television will have five new comic book TV shows premiering in Fall 2014. In a new report by Deadline, they list several pilots that are generating buzz at the networks. For Fox, Batman prequel Gotham is described as "practically being on the air." At The CW, Arrow will likely have company in the Fall, as Flash and iZombie are said to be "flying high." At NBC, Constantine is mentioned as "garnering early buzz." At ABC, the script for the Agent Carter is described as great by ABC's Paul Lee. There is talk that Agent Carter will forgo a pilot and go straight to series. Arrow on The CW has already been picked up for a third season, and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is expected to be renewed for a second season. It's likely that fans will have seven comic book TV shows in all to look forward to on network TV in the Fall.
