New Assassin's Creed Photos Released

Over at Empire, they've got a pair of new images giving fans their best-yet look at Michael Fassbender's forthcoming Assassin's Creed movie.

These and more -- as well as some interview content -- will debut later this week in the print issue of Empire, according to the magazine's website.

Based on the hit Ubisoft videogame series, Assassin's Creed stars Michael Fassbender (X-Men: Days of Future Past) and Marion Cotillard (The Dark Knight Rises).

In Assassin's Creed, Fassbender plays Callum Lynch, a descendant of the mysterious secret society the Assassins. Callum must inherit the skills of his ancestors by, by unlocking his genetic memories, so he can battle the powerful Templar organization in the modern era.
