The Amazing Spider-Man 2's Rhino Armor Apparently Has Projectile Weapons

Given the fact that Paul Giamatti's big-screen interpretation of Aleksei Mikhailovich Sytsevich -- the Spider-Man villain known as The Rhino -- wears a giant suit of Russian armor rather than the skintight suit of leather armor that fans would recognize form the comics, it's arguably not surprising that the suit does more than just charge at things. Based on a translation of the Russian writing on The Rhino in a teaser image released a few days ago, it seems as though there's a projectile weapon...or at least something that requires a targeting system (perhaps the "charge at things" mechanism is very advanced). "The lower one says ПРИБОР ПРИСТРЕЛКИ, which is like a targeting device," said Christopher Karadjov, a journalism professor from CSU Long Beach, who translated the text on the image for ComicBook.com. He added, "The upper one says ОБРАЗЕЦ, as far as I can read, which is 'sample' - but for all intents and purposes, consider it mumbo-jumbo. They probably copied it randomly from some Russian military equipment." He's probably right, although the "sample" could be "prototype," and that could be explained by the fact that the suit was designed (presumably by Oscorp) but not yet mass-produced before being stolen by the Russian mob/Aleksei.
