Former Power Ranger Arrested For Murder

Yesterday afternoon, Los Angeles County sheriff's deputies arrested former Power Ranger Ricardo Medina, Jr. for fatally stabbing his roommate. Medina Jr. starred as Cole Evans, the Red Wild Force Ranger, on the live-action television series Power Rangers Wild Force. He also played Dekker on Power Rangers Samurai

On Saturday, Medina Jr. and his roommate got into a fight that quickly escalated.

According to law enforcement ... Medina retreated to his bedroom with his girlfriend -- but Sutter forced his way into the bedroom ... and that's when Medina allegedly stabbed him once in the abdomen with the sword.

Medina then called 911 and waited for the cops. Once they got there they arrested Medina on murder charges. Sutter was rushed to the hospital and later died from his stab wound.

Medina's bail has been set at one million dollars.

"He is a great friend and a great client. It's something I can't even conceive. I don't see that in him. He was a very helpful guy and great with his dog. It's such a shock," said Gar Lester, Medina's former agent told ABC.

Our prayers go out to Joshua Sutter's family.
