Let’s start with the Star Wars goodness. A Sixth Scale Deluxe figure of R2-D2 will be available at the show, but this version will sport a new paint job. Designed to look like an unpainted prototype droid, R2 is trading in his classic blue and white design for a monochromatic silver color scheme. He’ll also come with hinged panels that give access to four small compartments, a dome that lights up and rotates, and articulated tread legs.
Sideshow’s got the DC fans covered as well, in the form of three Gotham Sirens variant art prints, based on the beautiful art of Stanley “Artgerm” Lau. The set includes fan favorites Poison Ivy, Catwoman, and Harley Quinn, and each is limited to 300. The prints are 18 x 24 giclee prints, and will come with a printed signature.
All of these can be pre-ordered here, and will be available for pickup at Sideshow’s Comic-Con booth #1929. You can pick them between July 21st and July 24th.
