The Walking Dead Brings Back Every Character For Season 8 Premiere Poster

Eight seasons of a TV series is a milestone. In the case of AMC’s The Walking Dead, it is one which will also be defined as the 100th overall episode of the series.

The episode which will launch the All Out War story, seeing Rick Grimes unite his surrounding communities for battle against Negan and the Saviors, is set to premiere in October. The first look at the episode will debut this Friday during The Walking Dead’s panel at San Diego Comic Con. Already, the San Diego Convention Center is prepared for the zombie madness.

The first poster in promotion of the Season 8 premiere, Episode 100, has been revealed hanging inside of the San Diego Convention Center. Check it out in the tweet below.

Featured on the poster are all of the major characters, past and present, from The Walking Dead.

On the left side of the poster is Andrew Lincoln as Rick Grimes, looking as he did in the earliest episodes of the AMC series, still wearing his Sheriff uniform. Beside him are characters such as Michonne, Glenn, The Governor, Merle Dixon, Deanna Monroe, Sasha, Beth, Daryl and Lori. Most of these characters have died.

On the right side is Rick Grimes as he appeared in the most recent seventh season of the AMC series. To his right are Negan, Dwight, Simon, Jadis, Daryl, Eugene, Jesus, Ezekiel, Father Gabriel, and Maggie. For now, most of these characters are still alive.

The poster reads, “100 Episodes. Thank you, fans!” before confirming the eighth season will arrive in October of 2017. Expect a lot of news, photos, and a trailer from The Walking Dead over the next few days, every detail of which will be found here at ComicBook.com/TheWalkingDead.
