These details were revealed Friday during a review hearing before Lehigh County Judge Kelly L. Banach. While Banach did not make an official ruling, she wanted to get another look at Snuka’s latest medical records before determining if she will dismiss the case, or if she believed Snuka’s condition was likely to improve.

His attorney has said that Snuka has terminal cancer and is in a hospice care facility in Florida surrounded by his family.
Snuka was convicted of the 1983 murder of his then-girlfriend Nancy Argentino back in September, but the trial was delayed due to his failing health and was later ruled not competent enough to go through the process. After his conviction, Snuka was removed from WWE’s website and dropped all mentions of him throughout the company.
