While both men have conflicting styles in the ring, the competitors brought their A-game on one another with Rusev delivering powerful kicks and Zayn giving some high-flying action to the Glasgow crowd.

In the end, Zayn nailed Rusev with a thunderous kick and secured the pin to guarantee a title shot at Survivor Series against Dolph Ziggler.
Zayn, one of our choices for Ziggler to face off against, hasn’t held a singles championship in about 2 years, so it would be good for him to get the pinfall against the champ to get his stock on the rise. Zayn would also be a fine addition to SmackDown! Live, escaping and moving on from his feud with Kevin Owens.
