Four More Rare Mega Stones are Available Now for Pokemon Sun and Moon

More free items are inbound for Pokemon Sun and Moon players. After a few Mega Stone events allowed Pokemon fans to seek out special loot, there's another Mega Stone Gift package that is available for those looking to get their hands on super rare in-game goods.

Just like with previous Mega Stone distribution events, there is a universal code given to trainers that can be redeemed for certain items. This particular code will allow players to unlock these four Mega Stones: Altarianite (Mega Altaria), Ampharosite (Mega Ampharos), Latiasite (Mega Latias), and Latiosite (Mega Latios).

What makes this particular batch important for hardcore trainers is that none of these Pokemon can be caught out in the wild within Sun and Moon, so the two options for the port over includes a transfer from previous titles or through in-game trading.

In order to receive these Mega Stones, first select 'Mystery Gift' at the main menu. From there, select 'Receive Gift'. When the prompt pops up to enter a code/password, select 'Yes' then enter in this code: DRACHE. After the code is entered successfully, those beautiful stones will be ready for pickup via a delivery man in an Pokemon Center found in-game. Don't forget to save!

There will be more opportunities for more in-game freebies. A new event beginning September 19th will allow the chance to get a special edition Pikachu sporting Ash's iconic hat from the anime.
