When it comes to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, fans expect to see epic fight sequences and super-powered throw downs. However, they don't really expect impromptu dance-offs, but that is what fans are getting these days. Tom Holland just issued a challenge to fellow Marvel alum Chris Pratt for one heroic dance-off.

@prattprattpratt it's on! Well done to whoever made this 👍🏻

The actor reposted a viral meme on Instagram that compares Chris Pratt's sweet moves to those of Tom Holland. The image uses stills from Guardians of the Galaxy to create the challenge and illustrates Chris' intergalactic grooves. To the right-hand side, fans can see Tom Holland's 'reaction' as he joins in on the dance-off. The creator, bierd.vision, used set photos from Spider-Man: Homecoming to flesh out the hilarious meme.

Tom issued a challenge with the repost, saying, "[Chris Pratt] it's on!" He then went on to compliment to meme's creator on a job well done.

Of course, this isn't the first time Tom Holland has shown off his stellar moves since he nabbed the role of Spider-Man -- and it isn't his first dance-off challenge either. Recently, Director Jon Watts shared a video of Tom breakdancing on the set of Homecoming and even asked the Russo Brothers to throw down.

Taking to Instagram, Jon Watts posted a video with the message, "Yeah but [the Russo Brothers] can Thanos do THIS?" The quip is a direct nod to the Russo Brothers and their recent behind-the-scenes photo of Josh Brolin rehearsing to play Thanos in Avengers: Infinity War. The video begins with an animated clip of Spider-Man dancing before fans see Tom on break dancing to some electronic beats courtesy of Daft Punk.

Tom tends to show-off his dance skills on social media. Earlier this summer, the actor was seen in a video uploaded by Deja Carter. The clip showed Tom dancing alongside Zendaya and Deja as they took on the "Type Challenge" which started on Youtube . The cute video featured Tom doing an adorable shuffle alongside the two ladies.

The actor has already been on an Internet blitz today with his behind-the-scene peeks at Homecoming. Earlier this morning, Tom posted a photo of him in Spider-Man iconic suit during a shooting in Queens. "First night in [Q]ueens," he teased, "and it feels like home already."

A young Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Tom Holland), who made his sensational debut in Marvel Studios' Captain America: Civil War, begins to navigate his newfound identity as the web-slinging superhero in Spider-Man: Homecoming.

The cast features Tom Holland (In the Heart of the Sea), Michael Keaton (Batman, Birdman), Zendaya (K.C. Undercover), Donald Glover (The Martian, Community), Jacob Batalon (North Woods), Laura Harrier (One Life to Live), Tony Revolori (The Grand Budapest Hotel), Tyne Daly (Cagney and Lacey), Bokeem Woodbine (Fargo), with Marisa Tomei (My Cousin Vinny, The Wrestler), and Robert Downey Jr. (Iron Man, The Avengers). It also includes Martin Starr (Silicon Valley), Kenneth Choi (The People vs. O.J. Simpson), Michael Mando (Better Call Saul), Selenis Leyva (Orange is the New Black), Isabella Amara (The Boss), Jorge Lendeborg, Jr. (Graceland), JJ Totah (Liv and Maddie), and Hannibal Buress (30 Rock).

Spider-Man: Homecoming will be released on July 7, 2017.
