Marvel fans and cinema fans alike have agreed that Logan is a instant classic piece of filmmaking; one of the best superhero movies of all time, and an appropriately epic send off for Hugh Jackman.
Well, the journey is not over yet: Logan director James Mangold has revealed the theatrical release date of Logan's black and white edition!
A black and white version of Logan is something that fans have asking for eer since the film was in production. It started with director James Mangold sending out gorgeous monochromatic teaser photos from the film, which helped to convey the film's Noir tone, long before one frame of it was actually shown. After the first Logan trailer debuted, fans instantly went to work recreating it in black and white splendor.
Since then, the call for Logan: B&W has been strong, and steady. And now it has been answered:
Suggestion. Hard core B&W loving LOGAN fans should not make any plans on the evening of May 16th.— Mangold (@mang0ld) April 28, 2017
