It looks like Claire Temple will continue to remain a huge part of the Marvel series on Netflix.

Rosario Dawson is reported to be involved in Daredevil Season 3 and Iron Fist Season 2, both of which are currently filming in New York City.

Dawson's character Claire has essentially become the "Nick Fury" of the Netflix corner in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, being the glue that brought many of the heroes together in The Defenders. Thus far she has appeared in every Netflix series to date except for The Punisher — that crossover honor went to Deborah Ann Woll's Karen Page.

It remains to be seen if Dawson will appear in Jessica Jones Season 2, which is up next on Marvel's docket. She did, however, already film scenes for Luke Cage Season 2, which makes the most sense because of her Claire's romantic link to the titular Hero for Hire.

Claire has played extensive roles in every series, at first in a brief fling with Matthew Murdock and also helping him heal after his injuries sustained as Daredevil. She then helped Jessica Jones figure out a way to care for Luke Cage, which was difficult due to his unbreakable skin.

She then returned to Harlem where Claire reunited with Luke and began dating, a relationship that continues to this day. At the end of that series she signs up to train at Colleen Wing's dojo, involving her in the events of Iron Fist. From there, she helps bring the heroes in New York City to stop the Hand's villainous plan to steal harvest dragon bones buried underground in Defenders.

It will be interesting to see how she's used in the new seasons, though in Iron Fist she has an established reason given that she's sort of become an honorary member of the Daughters of the Dragon. Seeing Misty Knight, Colleen Wing, and Claire Temple team up once again would be awesome.

And she's also become Daredevil's go-to caretaker, and the Devil of Hell's Kitchen tends to get hurt quite a bit.

We should find out more as we get closer to new seasons of Daredevil and Iron Fist, which are rumored to premiere in 2018 on Netflix.
