Arrow Recap with Spoilers: Invasion!

Ollie jogs through the woods and emerges in the backyard of the Queen mansion. After his run, he takes a shower with Laurel, who he is engaged to. They talk about Sara arriving for the wedding.

In reality, the Dominators have Ollie in a stasis pod, as well as Sara, Thea, Diggle, and Ray.

Rene trains while Curtis and Rory talk about the alien invasion. Felicity enters with Cisco and introduces him around. Rene is not happy to find out that Cisco is a metahuman. Cisco uses one of Ollie's old bows to vibe his location, he sees the stasis pod. He has a stolen piece of alien tech that they might be able to use to find the prisoners.

Thea gives Ollie a Hōzen as a pre-wedding gift. Moira and Robert Queen greet their kids warmly, and everyone is surprised when Ollie catches a vase before it can hit the ground. He has flashes of memory from his real life. Meanwhile, Laurel greets Sara outside the mansion. Sara is upset by Laurel's canary necklace, a gift from Ollie.

Ollie and his father take a walk, discussing how Robert will take over the job of mayor in just a few months. The board at Queen Consolidated won't approve Walter Steele as the new CEO, so if Ollie doesn't take over Ray Palmer will buy them out. Ollie is surprised to see a building with the name Smoak Technologies on it. They are suddenly mugged, and Ollie steps forward to defend his father. They are saved by a vigilante in a green hood.

At the mansion Ollie talks to Thea about the mugging. Robert is amazed that Ollie was so brave. As Laurel enters and hugs Ollie, continues to have flashes of memory. He excuses himself.

Curtis works while talking to Rory about theology. Curtis puts his own translating software together with the alien tech to see if they can understand the language. However, there is an explosion. They need a regulator to make the technology work together. One was recently stolen by a woman named Laura Washington, who's been making herself powerful with stolen tech. Felicity thinks they need some help.

Ollie goes to see Lance, who is Police Captain, at the station. The vigilante who saved him and his father is known as The Hood. When Ollie has more flashes of memory, Lance is concerned about him getting cold feet. Ollie reassures him and Lance tells Ollie that he's impressed with the adult Ollie has matured into.

The rehearsal dinner is in full swing, but Ollie is not there, upsetting Laurel. Ray Palmer is there. Both Ray and Sara have flashes of real memories.

Ollie is not at the dinner because he is taking the elevator to the Arrowcave. Once down there, Felicity yells for help, and The Hood, actually Diggle, knocks Ollie out.

Ollie wakes to an interrogation by Dig. He remembers both Diggle and Felicity's names and that Dig was his bodyguard. Diggle insists that Andy is the bodyguard, and Ollie remembers that Dig killed Andy. Dig throws Ollie out and tells him to forget everything.

Wild Dog meets up with Ragman, Mr. Terrific, and The Flash. Supergirl joins them as well. Wild Dog does not hide his disgust at The Flash and Supergirl. They split up to search for Washington.

Supergirl and The Flash try to befriend Wild Dog, but he insists that powers are evil. He walks away from them, and get blasted by Washington, who is covered in various tech.

Moira helps Thea get ready for the wedding. Thea has her own flashes of memory, including Moira's death.

Sara is helping Laurel when Ollie comes in. Sara makes her anger at Ollie for missing the rehearsal dinner very clear before leaving them alone, muttering that Ollie is lucky she's not a trained assassin or something. Ollie begs Laurel to elope with him. Even though the wedding is in only a few hours, he's afraid that he'll have to leave her, and he does not want to lose her, biut knows he might give her up. He'll take the job at Queen Consolidated, and give her everything she wants. Laurel forgives him for the dinner and loves him, but wants the wedding they planned. Diggle shows and asks to speak to Ollie.

Dig and Ollie walk the grounds. Diggle is also having flashes of memory. He's also noticed the Smoak Technologies building, which is strange because Felicity has never owned a building or business. Dig shows Ollie a picture he drew of a Dominator. Ollie realizes that this is what would have happened if he never got on the boat.

Suddenly, Deathstroke stands before them. Diggle and Ollie fight him, and Sara joins from out of nowhere.

Sara, Dig, and Ollie discuss their situation. They realize that Thea and Ray are the others trapped in the same hallucination. Dig thinks that Smoak Technologies is the key and they should head there.

Wild Dog fights Washington and gets his ass kicked. The Flash and Supergirl save him and knock Washington out. Wild Dog thanks them.

Thea and Malcolm Merlyn talk about Tommy's career as a doctor in Chicago. Sara finds Ray, with his fiancée Felicity and pulls him aside. He starts to remember.

Ollie walks towards Thea when his parents stop him. They're worried about his strange behavior. He hugs them both and heads towards Thea, but Sara already filled her in. Thea does not want to leave the fantasy. Sara leaves Ollie to talk to her. Thea cannot stand the thought of losing her parents again. Ollie tries to convince her, but in the end agrees to let her stay and says good-bye.

Outside Ollie joins Dig, Ray, and Sara. He tells them Thea is not coming. He's worries that there will be obstacles put in their way, when he is hit by an arrow. Malcolm Merlyn, Deathstroke, Damian Darhk, and other fighters face them. Thea joins the fight, accepting that Ollie is her family and she needs to go home.

As they fight, Malcolm taunts Thea about her real father, and Darhk reminds Sara of Laurel's death. Diggle is wounded. Eventually Thea kills Malcolm, Sara stabs Darhk with an arrow, and Ollie shoots Deathstroke in the eye. Laurel comes to the door and begins to tearfully beg Sara and Ollie to stay with her. They both say good-bye.

At Smoak Technologies, they find a sort of mist wall. They walk through it. Ollie looks back over his shoulder, and sees images of those he lost. Not just the ones who died, like his parents, Laurel, and Tommy. But also Roy, and Felicity. He hears messages they told him in the past.

They wake from stasis. Diggle is still in pain from the injury he received in the fantasy world.

Felicity is using the regulator on the alien tech, but she can't read what it says. Rory realizes it's like Hebrew, where letters are also numbers. That allows Felicity to translate.

The prisoners walk through the ship, looking for a way to escape. They come across a group of Dominators. Ollie finds a weapon and shoots while they get away. They find a number of smaller jump ships and get into one. Thea manages to make it launch, but none of them know how to control it. Other jump ships follow and attack. Suddenly, The Waverider appears and pulls them in with a tractor beam.

Nate greets everyone on the Waverider. Sara takes Diggle to the med bay. The others realize that they were taken because they're not metahumans. The Dominators were searching their subconscious for information. Ray also remembers a phrase one of the Dominators said and recites it. Gideon translates. "We are nearing completion of the weapon."

The Dominator's ship heads towards earth.
