'Dragon Ball Super': Will [SPOILER] Betray Frost?
Dragon Ball Super aired episode 107 of its English sub series, which featured an epic fight [...]
Freeza's Schemes
We all know that Freeza is the ultimate schemer, having threatened the entirety of Universe 7 several life times over. So, it's understandable why the notion that Freeza's friendly alliance with his Universe 6 counterpart won't end in some kind of mutually beneficial outcome.
So what could Freeza be up to? And what did he hope to gain from an alliance with Frost?
We know that Freeza's end goal at the moment is resurrection; the villain hopes to win the tournament in order to truly bring himself back to life, and escape Hell. Could he somehow use Frost's life-force to restore his own? It would be the type of sneak move that Freeza would pull, and could definitely be a way back to the land of the living by Dragon Ball standards.
However, given how episode 107 left things, it could be a moot point, as Frost was last seen turning tail and running away...

Dragon Ball Super Episode 108 is titled, "Frieza and Frost! Conjoined Malice?!" and as the title and preview above would suggest: Freeza and Frost are going to be working together to cause some serious disruption to the tournament.
The real question is what's implied in the world "Conjoined." As the word may imply, Freeza and Frost could possibly be combining forms, thereby creating a more powerful fighter than anyone in the tournament has ever seen -- maybe more than Gohan can handle. Here's what some recent scans have revealed about the next episode:

So: Freeza and Frost are going to be a major threat in the Tournament of Power. That is, until another mysterious fighter steps up...
prevnextJiren
While Dragon Ball Super fans are looking forward to episode 108, the real excitement is for the next couple episodes, in which we'll see Universe 11's Jiren step into the ring to battle Goku.
That fight is expected to reveal Jiren as one of the most powerful fighters in all of Dragon Ball lore, setting up a battle in which Goku finds that even his SSB form and a Kaio-Ken x20 are no match for Jiren's power level. Goku is expected to resort to some drastic attack in the form of a Spirit Bomb, which may not have the intended effect against Jiren.
After Goku tries the Spirit Bomb, it's speculated that he will have to absorb it, and that (combined with a possible hard loss in the Universe 7 lineup) will then trigger Goku's new transformation.
Dragon Ball Super airs on Crunchyroll Saturdays at 7:15 p.m. CST, and Toonami airs the English dub on Adult Swim Saturdays at 11:30 p.m.
