Dragon Ball fans, things are about to get bumpy for Goku and his crew of Z-Fighters. In a handful of days, Dragon Ball Super will kick-off its upcoming ‘Universal Survival’ arc, and it will be as intense as you think. The action-packed saga will see Universe 7’s bravest heroes go against the other Universes in a bid for power and – you guessed it – survival. With so much on the line, the impending martial arts tournament will be overseen by the gambit of Destruction Gods like Beerus. And, now, fans have been given their first glimpse at all the deities.

Not long ago, Toei Animation decided to gift fans with a stellar animated preview of the ‘Universal Survival’ arc. The footage kicks off by showing characters like Cabba powering up to prepare for battle, but it’s the clip’s latter half that has fans talking.

The video shows footage of the 10 Universes’ Gods of Destruction, and several looks rather mean. One such god can be seen with his face covered in thick hair while another lithe god can be seen sporting a tall, Egyptian hat. A third towering god can be seen hulking behind his universe’s Kai and angel attendant. A wolf-like god can also be seen, but understandably, most fans are raving over the stern pink elephant who appears to be tied to Gowasu.

Still, there is one God of Destruction who has caught everyone’s eye. The last god shown is a rather creepy one who looks like a twisted clown. With a red nose and bushy pigtails, the unknown god can be seen standing next to his angel attendant and Kai while a mysterious hooded figure lingers in the background.

Last week, fans were teased about the existence of the other Gods of Destruction thanks to creator Akira Toriyama. The artist published images of one a god and angel from an unknown universe. Unlike Beerus, the yet-named god looks more humanoid thanks to his short stature and classic features. If anything, the unknown character looks like a hobbit with his bushy facial hair, but his clothing looks properly Egyptian. As for the angel, he looks similar to Whis, but the new characters looks more strict than the eccentric angel.

In February, Dragon Ball Super‘s story arc is set to kick off with the ‘Universal Survival’ saga. You can check out the brief synopsis for it below:

“At Goku’s request, the Omni-Kings’ “Tournament of Power” martial arts tournament between universes now begins! โ€ฆBut this also proves to be the beginning of universal destruction. What awaits the victors of this tournament, and the vanquishedโ€ฆ?! How will these intense team battles between the elites of each universe turn outโ€ฆ?!”
