Being friends with someone like Goku would be exhausting. Not only would the Saiyan drag you out for training everyday, but the gullible hero would get your into all sorts of trouble. Right now, the guys in Dragon Ball Super were recently reminded of the havoc Goku could cause when the new ‘Universal Survival’ arc started. The promising storyline saw Goku ask the Omni-Kings to host a multiverse martial arts tournament, and they delivered. However, with the existence of his universe on the line, Goku is now shaping up and getting ready to ask his friends to help protect their home yet again.

And, this time, Vegeta is not going to be so nice about it. Well, as nice as he gets.

When episode 83 of Dragon Ball Super airs, fans can expected Goku to get on Vegeta’s fragile last nerve. Not only is the princely Saiyan anxiously awaiting the birth of his second child, but he’s about to be drafted into a dangerous tournament where losing all but guarantees his loved ones’ death.

In the most recent issue of Weekly Shonen Jump, an extended synopsis for the episode was released not long ago. The teasing summary shows that Goku is feeling nervous about the Tournament of Power already, so it’s not surprising to learn the Saiyan will be eager to recruit Vegeta. But, as many fans can imagine, the mostly reformed villain will lash out once he hears about Goku’s tournament and its consequences.

You can check out the summary below:

“Goku searches for members for the “Tournament of Power,” but?!

Goku’s battle with Toppo has made him realize just how formidable their opponents will be! Once Goku and the others return to Earth, they immediately start scouting out members to enter the “Tournament of Power”, but…?!
