My Hero Academia hasn't been around for too long, but the shonen franchise has become one of the biggest out there. The action-packed series hit the big leagues this year when its anime's second season blew up. Recently, the franchise confirmed its first film is being developed, and its creator is celebrating the flick online.

Taking to Twitter, Kohei Horikoshi shared just how excited he is with fans. The artist posted a quick sketch he did featuring the series' characters, and fans could not help but chuckle at the drawing.

"And a movie was also announced! It's still early, but please look forward to it," Horikoshi wrote.

As you can see above, the artist put all of class 1-A on set to film a project of their own. Bakugo is given the task of directing the flick, and the angry hero-in-training looks pretty unhappy with Izuku's job. The star is seen filming with a fake mustache on, and fans were not expecting to see his outlined abs.

Izuku isn't the only hero tasked with acting. Todoroki and Ochaco also seem to be playing Egyptian characters. The gang look like they are going up against Kaminari, and their fellow classmates are the ones filming the project. Tsuyu Asui and the bunch chose to work behind-the-scenes on Horikoshi's project.

For those who aren't familiar with My Hero Academia, the manga by creator Kohei Horikoshi began publishing back in July 2014. Bones Studios adapted the series into an anime in 2016, and the series has quickly become a phenomenon. My Hero Academia takes place in a world full of people with quirks, which you might recognize as superpowers. Except Izuku Midoriya doesn't have one.

Izuku Midoriya has always wanted to be a hero, but he was born without a quirk. When the world's leading superhero All-Might chooses Izuku to be his successor, the boy's world is turned upside-down as he gains a quirk, a new school, and a set of very dangerous enemies.
