Not long ago, the minimal website shared a photo of the mocked-up pages. To the right, fans can see the film's title written along with creator credits, but it is the left page that has fans buzzing. The other page shows a series of four art panels. First, there is a close-up image of a fire-lit torch that is zoomed out of in the second panel. The third panel then goes down a barren hallway before the fourth shows an extreme close-up of a boy with shaggy hair. There appears to be a scar or trail of blood running down his eye, and fans are currently debating whether the boy could be a version of Natsu.

Below the script, a tagline was published that has fans clamoring. The translated phrase means, "Everything started from here," so netizens are speculating how this new movie will tie into Natsu's search for the dragon Igneel.

Not long ago, the movie's official website shared the film's official logo and subtitle with fans to ring in the new year. On the studio's official website, a page was added that confirmed the name of Fairy Tail's second movie. So far, it looks like the film is slated for a Spring 2017 release.

It has been awhile since fans have heard any news about the fabled Fairy Tail movie. Back in May 2015, Kodansha's Weekly Shonen Magazine confirmed the feature was coming. The franchise's first film, Fairy Tail The Movie: Phoenix Princess, debuted back in 2012.
