It's time to rebuild the Millennium Puzzle, because our favorite crazy haired card dueler is coming back to the big screen. That's right, Yu-Gi-Oh! will be coming back to theaters, as the film that was created to celebrate the franchises 20th year anniversary, Yu-Gi-Oh!: The Dark Side of Dimensions, will be getting a second run in theaters. Yu-Gi-Oh! fans that were unable to see the film in theaters the first time around, now have a new opportunity to see the legendary characters on the big screen. Thanks to Eleven Arts and 4k Media, Yu-Gi-Oh!: The Dark Side Of Dimensions will be available in theaters across North America beginning on April 14th.

The limited theater release is going to focused on smaller "indie/art house" theaters, aimed at the loyal Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise fan base. Ko Mori, CEO and President of Eleven Arts, commented with the following when making the big announcement:

"Yu-Gi-Oh! The Dark Side Of Dimensions is a stellar example of the type of quality anime feature that true fans want to experience again and again. By focusing on art house theatre engagements, we're honoring the anime art form and validating the passion that movie goers have for this genre."

Yu-Gi-Oh! The Dark Side Of Dimensions was released in 2016 to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the franchise. It features an original story set six months after the events in the original series. If you are unfamiliar with the film, here it is described below:
