After the credits finish rolling for Guardians of the Galaxy, the camera pans down through the debris of a damaged building. It's The Collector's museum, which was destroyed earlier in the film. The Collector is sitting in the middle of debris and destruction. He is battered, bruised, and bleeding.

The Collector has a white bandage wrapped around his head, and he is holding a bright, green goblet. Cosmo the dog comes over and starts licking The Collector on the side of the face. The Collector takes another sip from his goblet.

Off-camera, a voice can be heard to say, "What do you let him lick you like that for?" The camera pans over to reveal Howard the Duck, who is also sitting in the debris and drinking from a smaller green goblet. Howard the Duck says, "Gross!" Then, Howard the Duck takes a drink from his green goblet.

At the very end, the credits flash, "Howard the Duck created by Steve Gerber and Val Mayerik."
