Hear The Mario Songs Played On A NES Themed Piano

The music from the Super Mario Bros. video game franchise in ingrained into the minds and memories of an entire generation who grew up during the 8-bit gaming era. Now, the Player Piano YouTube channel is presenting them in a way you’ve likely never seen or heard before.

Composer and pianist Sonya Belousova plays a medley of the great music from the series on an NES-themed piano in a video directed by Tom Grey. Check it out below.

The video ends with a dedication to Sotura Iwata, the CEO of Nintendo who passed away earlier in July.
