The LEGO Movie Videogame Launches

Now’s your chance to become a Master Builder with The Lego Movie Videogame, launching alongside The Lego Movie. The game takes player on an adventure through several LEGO worlds, including Bricksburg, Cloud Cuckoo Land and the Wild West of Flatbush Gulch. And, for the first time in a LEGO game, all of the environments are made entirely out of digital LEGO bricks.”We challenged ourselves to introduce a new element never-before-seen in any LEGO game and did that with environments made entirely out of LEGO bricks, giving players more authentic opportunities to interact with the world around them,” said Tom Stone, Managing Director, TT Games Publishing. “This is a chance for every LEGO builder to collect LEGO instruction pages and harness the powers of the Master Builders.”Based on The Lego Movie, the video game allows players to control Emmett, an ordinary minifigure mistakenly believed to be “The Special,” prophesized to save the world from an evil LEGO tyrant. Players will have over 90 characters available to aid them in their tasks, including several DC Comics Super Heroes like Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman.Playable characters from The Lego Movie include Emmett, voiced by Chris Pratt, Wildstyle, voiced by Elizabeth Banks, Vitruvius, voiced by Morgan Freeman, Batman, voiced by Will Arnett, and Lord Business, voiced by Will Farrell.The LEGO Movie Videogame is developed by TT Games and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment.The LEGO Movie Videogame is rated E10+ and is available now for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii U, PlayStation Vita and Nintendo 3DS.The LEGO Movie is now in theaters.
