Wonder Woman is one of the most formidable heroes inn the DC Multiverse. The daughter of Hippolyta, Wonder Woman was trained to be the greatest Amazon of all time, a warrior who would do anything to ensure peace and truth. Wonder Woman can sometimes be a bit harder edged than her fellow heroes, but she’s always on the right side of things. Wonder Woman has faced off against gods, monster, supervillains, and multiversal conquerors, and has always stood on the front line of the battle. Wonder Woman’s years of training have made her into one of the toughest fighters out there, her skill allowing her to punch way above her weight class. Wonder Woman is a titan, and has proven that by beating every enemy who has gotten in her way.

Marvel and DC Comics are having crossovers again for the first time in decades. Wonder Woman isn’t getting her own crossover book, but it’s only a matter of time until that happens. Crossovers usually involve a battle between heroes, which means that there are a whole universe of heroes out there for Wonder Woman to test herself with. Wonder Woman can’t beat every Marvel hero, but there are some that will fall to her. These seven Marvel heroes are tough, but Wonder Woman would crush them.
7) Scarlet Witch

Scarlet Witch is one of the most powerful heroes in the Marvel Universe. Her reality altering powers have allowed her to do amazing things (although her greatest feats usually came with the help of outside forces, like the Life Force and the Darkhold) and she’s mastered magic. Most people who don’t know a lot about Scarlet Witch would think that she would just blink Wonder Woman out of existence, but this ignores the character of Wanda. Scarlet Witch isn’t some killer, and she doesn’t want to always snap her fingers and change the fabric of reality. On top of that, Wonder Woman’s creation is bound up with the magic of the gods, making it difficult to affect her with magic power, as the Upside-Down Man found out in Justice League Dark (Vol. 2). The one thing about Scarlet Witch that a lot of people forget is that she’s a glass cannon โ she packs a punch but can’t take a lot of damage. Scarlet Witch’s magic wouldn’t have a lot of effect on Wonder Woman, and her super speed would allow her to rush in and take down Scarlet Witch with one punch.
6) Colossus

Colossus is the muscle of the X-Men. Piotr Rasputin’s mutant ability gave him the power to transform into organic steel, and gave him vast super strength. When in his armor form, Colossus doesn’t need food or oxygen โ he’s basically just a moving human shaped metal statue. Colossus’s strength usually tops out at Class 50 (meaning he can lift 50 tons), but he has pulled off some amazing feats of strength and is known for battling against the Juggernaut. Colossus is a touch cookie; as a member of the X-Men, he’s trained in combat with some of the best heroes out there. However, he’s inferior to Wonder Woman in every way. DC heroes are per capita stronger than Marvel ones; while Wonder Woman isn’t on Superman’s level, she’s strong enough for him to feel it when she hits him. She’s tangled with Darkseid and Doomsday in the past, holding her own against them, and has fought the God of War Ares many times. She’s super fast as well, able to keep up with the Flash at his cruising speed of a couple of hundred miles per hour. She’s faster, stronger, and a better fighter. Colossus is hard to hurt, but Wonder Woman has all of the advantages. She’ll be able to figure out a way to beat him, putting down the X-Men’s strongest member.
5) The Thing

The Thing is the Fantastic Four’s resident bruiser, and he’s proven that he’s one of the best heroes in the Marvel Universe. Ben Grimm grew up on Yancy Street, constantly fighting in gang fights. He became an athlete, earning a scholarship to Empire State University, where he would make friends with Reed Richards. He served in the military and would be the pilot for Richards’s mission to space. This would make him the Thing, the cosmic radiation giving him amazing strength and a rocky exterior that make him nigh-invulnerable. The Thing has punched out every enemy that the Fantastic Four couldn’t outsmart, and has even fought the Hulk many times (although he’s mostly just fought him to a standstill; as far as I can remember, he’s never really beaten the Hulk in a fair fight). The Thing is tough, but Wonder Woman is tougher. She’s stronger, faster, and a better fighter. The Thing will give her some surprises in the fight, but she can take everything he throws at her and give it back a hundredfold. The Thing is going to experience a revolting development โ Wonder Woman would clobber him.
4) Captain America

Captain America is the greatest leader in the Marvel Universe. Small, weak Steve Rogers wanted to fight the Nazis and the super soldier serum gave him that chance, allowing him to become a legend. After being frozen in a block of ice, he returned, joined the Avengers, and became the most respected hero on Earth. The super soldier serum brought Cap to the height of human perfection, and he’s an amazing combatant, armed with his unbreakable shield and a mastery of comabt. However, Captain America does have some weaknesses, especially in battles against superpowered foes. Captain America is going to put up a great fight against Wonder Woman, but she’s more than a match for him. While his shield strikes, uncanny defensive abilities, and acrobatic agility are going to allow him to keep the fight going, it’s really just a matter of time. Cap has near-infinite stamina, but eventually, Wonder Woman is going to hit a gear that Captain America can’t. Her super speed and strength will be enough to win the fight for her.
3) Iron Man

Iron Man is going to be a problem for Wonder Woman, although not as much of one as many would think. Iron Man’s armor is extremely powerful; it gives him super strength, resistance to damage, and flight, with various powerful weapon systems, including his repulsor beams. However, Iron Man’s greatest weapon has always been his intellect. If there’s a problem, Iron Man is going to solve it. This has made him much tougher than he seems. Iron Man has some pretty great wins in battle over the years, but Wonder Woman has too many advantages. This is where the strength and speed differential between universes comes in again; Wonder Woman is much stronger than Iron Man could hope to be, even in the Hulkbuster armor. In fact, looking at how often the Hulkbuster armor has failed (in the comics, it’s basically failed every time he put it on; he can slow Hulk down but can never actually win) shows that Wonder Woman can easily beat Iron Man. While his computerized targeting systems will help him hit her even super speed, if and when she gets the Lasso of Truth on him, there’s nothing he can do. Wonder Woman’s punches will easily break apart Iron Man’s armor. He’ll definitely take an advantage at first, thanks to his repulsor beams, but that isn’t anything that Wonder Woman hasn’t faced before. Iron Man is great at solving scientific problems, but Wonder Woman solves problems in battle. Iron Man’s armor is a just a problem that Wonder Woman will quickly solve.
2) Wolverine

Wolverine is the best there is at what he does, and in this case that’s lose to Wonder Woman. Wolverine is an expert hand to hand combatant, and his unbreakable skeleton and healing factor allow him to take obscene amounts of damage. Wolverine’s claws can cut through anything, and he’s fast and strong, a master of multiple martial arts. Now, most people would think that Wolverine would be an easy fight for Wonder Woman, but they’re forgetting a few things. Wolverine has been able to give a good fight to the Hulk many times and Wonder Woman is vulnerable to weapons like bullets and blades because of physics โ blades and bullets hit at much smaller points, putting more pressure in a small place (this why she uses her bracelets to block bullets). Wolverine is going to do some damage to Wonder Woman, but once she really gets going, Wolverine doesn’t have a chance. Wolverine will definitely earn Wonder Woman’s respect, but he’s not going to win the fight.
1) Spider-Man

Spider-Man is Marvel’s most relatable hero, but that’s not going to help him in battle with Wonder Woman. Spider-Man is an amazing fighter, his superhuman strength and agility combined with his spider-sense allowing him to fight against the toughest villains out there. Spider-Man’s smart and a great fighter, with his web-shooters giving him a pretty great advantage over most foes. Wonder Woman versus Spider-Man is a great fight; while Wonder Woman is stronger and faster, Spider-Man’s spider-sense and agility is going to keep Wonder Woman on her toes. However, Spider-Man doesn’t have flawless defense, and that’s going to allow Wonder Woman to take Spider-Man out.
