Black Canary Cosplay From Hini Tsuburagi Looks Like It Stepped Out Of The Comic

Fans of the Black Canary are well versed in her skills as a martial artist, and her combat skills are held in regard even amongst the most powerful heroes of the DC Universe. Those honors are bestowed even before considering her canary cry, which can stop an army in a matter of moments.

These traits have made the character quite popular when it comes to Cosplay portrayals, and with so many versions and looks of the character to choose from, it's easy to see why. The version in the spotlight today comes from the talented Hini Tsuburagi, who teamed up with A. Solana Photography, Oriol Mas Fotografia, and Olga Diaz Photography for some stylish and vivid Cosplay sets.

This Canary is based on the Justice League of America run from Brad Meltzer and Ed Benes, and it looks as if it stepped right out of the comic page. It doesn't hurt that Tsuburagi even bears a slight resemblance to Bene's rendition of the character, but that shouldn't take away from how well everything else comes together. From the poses to the beautiful lighting and backdrops, everything is so well done. There are a few that get extra points for including Canary's motorcycle, which has become somewhat of a trademark for the character.
