Which Arrowverse Character Could Get A New Costume in the Next Crossover?
The CW's annual Arrowverse crossover usually brings plenty of changes across its roster of shows. [...]
Zari Adrianna
One of the most likely guesses is Zari Adrianna (Tala Ashe) a character who is set to join the Legends of Tomorrow in the season's third episode.
Zari has been described as a hacktivist with ancient magic powers, who hails from a dystopian police state in 2042. It's safe to say that that aesthetic creates quite a combination - one that would require a unique costume. And while its hard to tell if the photo of the costume is filtered into black and white, or actually has a dark color palette, the latter would match what we already know about Zari.
While Zari will still be a bit of a newfound member of the Legends by the time the crossover rolls around, it certainly isn't implausible that she could officially get a superhero suit during the event.

Another new character who could be donning the new costume is Ralph Dibny/Elongated Man (Hartley Sawyer).
Ralph has been described as a fast-talking private investigator, who joins Team Flash after realizing he has the abilities to stretch out his body.
While the photo of this mystery suit doesn't look quite like Elongated Man's comic costume, the black and white filter could be hiding some sort of combination of his usual red, purple and black. And like Zari, its uncertain exactly when Ralph will be getting an official costume - but the epic four-show crossover would be an interesting time to do it.

Laurel Lance/Black Canary's Earth-2 doppleganger, Black Siren (Katie Cassidy) is set to have a larger role in Arrow's sixth season. But could a new costume come along with that?
Black Siren quickly became a fan-favorite after her debut in The Flash's season two episode 'Invincible'. While the villain has appeared on Arrow several times since then, she's done so in primarily the same costume.
With Black Siren expected to undergo a redemption arc in the upcoming Arrow season, many have expected a new costume to come along with that. It will remain to be seen if that does end up happening in this year's crossover.

And finally, a couple of fans have already pointed out that the costume bears a bit of resemblance to past suits worn by Oliver Queen/Green Arrow (Stephen Amell).
The suit has some similar lines to Oliver's season four costume, and certainly looks tactical enough to resemble the character's current ensemble.
While Oliver appears to have found a consistent costume within the show's fifth season, the crossover's plot could find some sort of reason for putting him in some new duds. Arrowverse fans will just need to wait until the crossover airs in November to find out who dons this new costume.
