The Justice League issue, available October 5, will feature an extensive eight-page set report from the Zack Snyder-directed movie and interviews with the stars.
Empire’s special cover is the latest of the Justice League marketing blitz, now in full swing ahead of the blockbuster’s November release: fans were treated to a new poster and trailer during San Diego Comic Con, new photos drop all the time, the cast will make an appearance at Long Island’s ACE Comic Con, a single from the soundtrack has been released, a VR experience is on the way, and statues and toys are already taking over store shelves.
With just under two months to go until Justice League hits theaters, Warner Bros. has been test screening the Zack Snyder / Joss Whedon film, and early reactions have been great so far. The superhero ensemble comes as the first DC Films production to release after Wonder Woman proved itself a smash hit phenomenon earlier this summer, and preliminary predictions say the film is expected to do well at the box office.
Justice League opens November 17.
