In anticipation of the upcoming Warner Bros. film, renowned collectible company Hot Toys has released new images and information for their first three Suicide Squad releases. First up is Deadshot, made in the likeness of actor Will Smith. The resemblance to the actor is quite good, especially when you look at him from the side. It seriously looks as if he stepped out of the film. A lot of care and detail has gone into replicating his costume, including his mask and special aiming reticle.
It wouldn’t be a Deadshot figure without plenty of weapons, and Hot Toys doesn’t disappoint. He comes with his trusty wrist blaster and assault rifle, as well as a knife, 3 pistols (with clips), 7 interchangeable hands, and a themed backdrop to display him in front of.
Harley Quinn doesn’t disappoint either, which Hot Toys modeled after Harley actress Margot Robbie. She features a laughing expression, something that Hot Toys doesn’t typically do for their figures, but here it fits. They’ve made sure to implement all of her tattoos, and she also includes a variety of accessories, including her magnum, baseball bat, a silver clutch, 4 bangles, 8 switchable hands, her trademark jacket, and a display base with backdrop. The exclusive edition comes with her hammer as well.
Rounding out the set is The Joker, based on Jared Leto’s much-anticipated performance. The figure features a striking resemblance to the actor, and just like Harley, Hot Toys has recreated all of his distinct ink. He also comes with his cane, his custom pistol, and 8 swappable hands. You can also remove his purple jacket. The exclusive edition comes with his custom mobile phone, a hammer, and a razor knife.
