In just a few days, fans will be graced with a brand-new trailer for Wonder Woman. The highly anticipated film will drop new footage on Thursday during screenings of Doctor Strange. And, according to director Patty Jenkins, the trailer will give back to fans who have waited patiently for the clip.

"Thanks everyone for sharing their awesome Halloween costumes!!" Jenkins tweeted. "So great. So appreciated! Can't wait til THURSDAY, to share back…"

Fans already knew that another Wonder Woman trailer would be making its way to fans sooner rather than later. Just yesterday, Trailer Track confirmed that Deluxe Digital Cinema will air before Doctor Strange showings. The clip has been sent to U.S. theaters, so fans should expect to see the much-anticipated trailer before Marvel swoops in with their mystical movie.

It wasn't too long ago that fans also learned that this new trailer has been classified. The clip was approved for all audiences and checked in with a runtime of 2 minutes and 24 seconds. When news broke about the trailer's classification, ComicBook.com's Amy Awesome speculated the footage would debut with either Doctor Strange or Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.

While some fans believed Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them would get the trailer, it seems like the honor went to Doctor Strange. The two superhero flicks might belong to rival studios, but no amount of bad blood could keep DC Films from capitalizing on the popularity of Marvel's films. Doctor Strange has already shattered box office expectations abroad, so plenty of people in the U.S. will follow in the footsteps of international markets comes Thursday. With so many moviegoers making their way to theaters, DC Films hopes attendees will latch onto their Wonder Woman preview.

Before she was Wonder Woman, she was Diana, princess of the Amazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior. Raised on a sheltered island paradise, when an American pilot crashes on their shores and tells of a massive conflict raging in the outside world, Diana leaves her home, convinced she can stop the threat. Fighting alongside man in a war to end all wars, Diana will discover her full powers…and her true destiny.

Joining Gadot in the international cast are Chris Pine, Connie Nielsen, Robin Wright, David Thewlis, Danny Huston, Elena Anaya, Ewen Bremner and Saïd Taghmaoui. Patty Jenkins directs the film from a screenplay by Allan Heinberg and Geoff Johns, story by Zack Snyder and Allan Heinberg, based on characters from DC Entertainment. Wonder Woman was created by William Moulton Marston.

The film is produced by Charles Roven, Zack Snyder, Deborah Snyder and Richard Suckle, with Rebecca Roven, Stephen Jones, Wesley Coller and Geoff Johns serving as executive producers. Warner Bros. Pictures presents, in association with RatPac-Dune Entertainment, an Atlas Entertainment/Cruel and Unusual production, Wonder Woman.

Wonder Woman is set to open in June 2, 2017.
