To kick off August, four more champions and attractive skin options will go on sale soon for half off of their original price, just in time to take the place of the Early Sales from July that'll be ending today.

The skins that are on sale this time around focus the most on mid laners, but as for the champions, the roles are a bit more diverse. Below are the skins and champions that will be on sale starting Aug. 1:

Skins

  • Siren Cassiopeia for 260 RP
  • Bilgewater Katarina for 487 RP
  • Popstar Ahri for 487 RP
  • iBlitzcrank for 675 RP

Champions

  • Rek'Sai for 487 RP
  • Draven for 440 RP
  • Shen for 395 RP
  • Morgana for 292 RP

Ahri's got plenty of skins to choose from to look good in the mid lane, but Popstar Ahri is certainly one that players look forward to getting a sale on. It's not her most expensive skin, but it's still high up there at a starting price of 975 RP, so this discount is a prime time to add Popstar Ahri to your collection.

If you're looking for a more frustrating skin to buy though, iBlitzcrank is the way to go. This Blitzcrank skin is banned in pro play to prevent Blitzcrank from looking too different to viewers, but those who have been up against the champion with the skin in-game will likely swear by the fact that the skin makes Blitz's hooks more difficult to avoid. At an original price of 1,350 RP, this skin smooths out the rugged robot while also altering the way that his hook looks, a cosmetic change that players have complained about numerous times in the past. Those against the skin have voiced that it causes the hook to be too difficult to see compared to Blitz's base skin, therefore making it feel unfair to play against.

The champions on sale offer a couple of decent selections if you need a new one in a hurry, offering one champion for each role and a flex pick of Morgana for the mid lane or as a support.
