Life is Feudal: MMO is one of those games that have a lot of people excited. The openworld sandbox RPG offers a lot of excitement within its vast environment while showing off Medieval life on a grand scale. Players will be able to dive in with thousands of other gamers to make their own life in this ever-evolving world. The largely free-to-play game offers a lot for the nothing, but that doesn’t mean everything within the game will be free. This of course had interested gamers wondering what exactly would they have to pay for regarding premium services?

The developer team, in an effort for pure transparency, has released a new video highlighting a few key features from the upcoming game. From crafting, to different armors and skins – there’s a lot of ground to cover, much like the game itself. Luckily, many of the skins are purely cosmetic – so if you don’t want to spend money, you really don’t have to.

The video above also goes into detail about what God’s Favor, the in-game currency, can get players and what advantages there are to having a premium subscription. For those that like to grind for the long-haul, a premium subscription might actually be worth it (similar to that of The Elder Scrolls Online). Boost increases, death skill loss minimization, and more are all incentives to going that extra mile. The thing is though – it’s up to you. Nothing about the mechanics of this is pay-to-win, it’s simply pay-for-more.

The game itself is meant to be realistic. Though set in a fictional environment, the team has made sure it was still historically accurate in many ways throughout the game building process. Instead of elves and orcs, the developers opted for a more realistic experience for players to immerse themselves in. Right now, Life is Feudal: MMO is in closed beta stage, with extreme amounts of testing to make sure it is perfect for launch.
