This weekend's San Diego Comic-Con has been chock full of plenty of surprises regarding a few AAA titles, and one in particular turned out to be a big hit with fans – Capcom's Monster Hunter World.

The sequel, which will be making its way to Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC next year, will feature not only some amazing visuals and a variety of monsters to take on, but apparently it'll have a large collection of weapons as well.

A YouTube user by the name of SHAZBOT1211 has posted a new video of off-screen footage from this weekend's San Diego Comic-Con panel, and while the quality isn't the greatest, it does give you a pretty clear glimpse of the weapons you'll be able to use within the game.

In addition, a Reddit user by the name of crimtex has also posted some details from the panel, including the map changing up certain temperatures depending on where you go – and that will have an effect on the plants and animals that you'll come across as well.

Of course, the game will also feature a number of texture improvements, not only to the various monsters that you'll come across in the game, but also the characters, with "furs/hair (on Anjanath and Felynes) as well as skin and bone structure (Rathalos wings are now translucent to light and fold realistically)."

Oh, and Capcom isn't done showing things off just yet. Capcom has noted that it plans to share over 14 different videos from the game that will feature a rundown of all the weapons that you'll be able to use within the game, although it hasn't set up any kind of schedule on what players can expect. It'll be an impressive array for sure.

In the meantime, fans can check out the video above, and, despite the quality, they should be able to make out quite a bit within the game – which is looking pretty damn sweet, even in this stage of development. We'll see how the complete game shapes up next year when it arrives for console and PC.
